What We Expect:

Experience:At least 3-4 years of CRM experience with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud over the past 2 years.

Technical Expertise:Proficient in SQL, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud's data model. Skilled in front-end development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPScript.

Automation Skills:Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud SSJS for implementing automated marketing solutions is highly valued.

Language Skills:Fluency in English is mandatory; German proficiency is advantageous.

Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to deliver results.
