Job Description:


Are you a student enrolled in your third bachelor semester or higher, with a passion for Employer Branding and a desire for a steep learning curve? We are offering an exciting opportunity for driven and motivated students to join our Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding team as an intern, starting on April 1st 2023.


In this (ideally) 6-month internship, you will have the opportunity to support the team in developing and implementing strategies that enhance METRO's reputation as an employer of choice.

You will learn about the link between Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and play an active role in supporting our efforts to attract and retain top talent.


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the organization of career events and formats
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase visibility as a desirable employer
  • Assisting with internal talent promotion initiatives
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and execute Employer Branding strategies/initiatives

Qualifications:


  • An enrollment in your third bachelor semester or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, HR)
  • A strong interest in Employer Branding and a passion for learning and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
