In this scope we are searching for an User Experience and Interface Designer (UX/UI) (f/m/d) to work within our R&D team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You create experiences and interfaces for innovative digital and physical products from early research to implementation, testing, including quality assurance
- You analyze user needs, understand business goals, define requirements, personas, user flows and information architectures
- You develop multi modal crossdevice screen flows, interactive prototypes, and hand over ready to implement interface designs under the Human Centered Design aspect
- You work in a dynamic and agile team collaborating with other UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Researchers as well as with developers, software architects, system engineers and product owners
Professional competencies:
- You are a passionate UX/UIdesigner with several years of industry experience
- You can think abstractly, strategically, and analytically to solve complex, multifactorial design problems
- You are capable of conceptual, openminded, creative, and nonlinear thinking, but at the same time high aptitude for processoriented and structured progress
- You have handson experience with tools, such as paper and pen, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe CC and others that help you to create, test, demonstrate and communicate ideas, concepts, and solutions quickly and effectively
- You have proficient knowledge in lean UX, Design Thinking and agile development such as SCRUM
- You have skills in UX-Engineering, UX-Research and UX-Writing would be a plus
- You have working experience in the healthcare industry or in a comparable field would be a plus

- You are a proactive, resultsoriented, and customercentric personality with analytical and problemsolving skills
- You work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, encourage collaboration, also virtual one and mutual support
- You are selfmotivated and you have a handson mentality
- You have a passion for data driven design and a desire to continuously learn and grow
- You stay productive and capable of acting in critical situations
- You communicate clearly and responsibly in German and English.
