Your Responsibilities:

-
Report to the CFO and work
hand in hand with colleagues from global functions and regional finance departments in different countries,
guiding the controlling team effectively

  • Provide transparency and analysis on
    monthly closings as well as
    adhoc analyses:
  • Shape and support
    mid-term planning, budgeting and forecasting:
  • Provide
    performance insight and steering impulse into the group and its subsidiaries
  • Analyze
    business activities and KPIs from a financial and operational perspective, including special KPI reports, adhoc deepdives as well as special analysis of performance relevant topics
  • Foster trustful
    stakeholder relationships with your counterparts in the local businesses

Your Skills and Requirements:


  • Degree in
    Economics,
    Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or
    related field, coupled with a
    proven track record in controlling, ideally within an international setting
  • Very good
    analytical skills and knowledge in
    financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and utilization of a
    Business Intelligence (BI) tool:
  • Demonstrated **project management
- and leadership capabilities**, with experience in guiding teams, and fostering stakeholder relationships

  • Outstanding
    communication skills coupled with a strong
    problem solving ability to analyze complex issues and deliver solutions within deadlines
  • Fluent in both
    German and English, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams
