ESMT's Career Services department plays an active role in supporting, advising, and guiding students as they make their next career move.

Throughout the MIM and MBA programs, students work individually with coaches, mentors, and advisors who can give hands-on information and skills about how to achieve career goals and transition into the next career steps.

Career Services also develops and maintains relationships with the corporate world to support intensive intersection between students and companies.
To support our Career Services Team, we are looking for a

Student Assistant - Career Services
(M/F/x, part-time - 20 hours/week, to start April 1, 2023)

Responsibilities

Promote and search for jobs, internships, and events on our platform
Conduct industry research and benchmarking, write and edit articles for our knowledge database
Potentially take ownership of our career services' social media presence
Provide administrative and operational support for oncampus career and networking events
Generate documents, surveys, and interact with students
Maintain databases and records

Your Profile

Fluent in English
Excellent MS Office and social media skills
Interest in HR or careerrelated topics
Clientoriented attitude and practical approach
Attention to detail and developed sense of empathy and humor
Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
