HSE Business Partner 2GW (M/F/d) at our location
Lehrte near to Hannover who will contribute to this and that might be you?


Your contribution to TenneT:


  • As
    HSE Business Partner 2GW (w/f/d) you are the Single Point of Contact assigned to one part of the 2GW project for Offshore for all HSE related activities, including safety inspections. You are knowledgeable in all HSE topics and you actively request and coordinate needed support by HSE Advisors.
  • The HSE Business Partner functionally
    leads the HSE Advisor 2GW, ensuring
    adequate training & onboarding and supports implemention, maintains and adapt (if needed) the mandatory HSE tasks in compliance with TenneT SMS elements, legal requirements and permits
  • You ensure that the
    Project specific HSE policy and the
    TenneT HSE policy and requirements
    are aligned and fulfilled by e.g. doing inspections, evaluations and adoptions to the whole HSE system over all Management levels to site level
  • You
    align and adopt project portfolio specific HSE goals and initiatives with business/company goals and initiatives
  • Acting as
    main point of contact for the designated area/region/project when it comes to HSE topics
  • Ensure that HSE advisors working for project/area are properly trained and familiar with all current valid HSE documents/processes, which are valid for the 2GW project

Your profile and background:


  • You have successfully completed
    your studies (university/university of applied sciences) with a focus on electrical engineering, engineering or another technical field or have a comparable qualification. You are also an occupational safety specialist (M/F/d)
  • You enjoy
    working with our managers and
    employees, you can
    communicate well and
    know how to deal with different opinions and
    interests:
  • You have
    profound working experience in the field of HSE and you have sound experience in working within project and collaboration with multiple stakeholder
  • You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and
    very good English and
    German skills
  • Finally, you have a class
    B driving license

This will be our challenge:


  • The department Health, Safety and Environment ensures and supports HSE compliance for the units Grid Field Operations and Large Projects based on TenneT guidelines and principles. Furthermore, the team supports establishing a top class safety culture and environment in which it is possible for everyone to go home safe every day.

  • The weekly working time is 37 hours
