Key Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive company analyses and assessing the company's financial development in close cooperation with the operational business areas and management to support company planning, forecasting and variance analysis
Preparation of economic feasibility analyses, including the opportunities and risks derived from them, as well as the pronunciation of recommendations for action
Preparation of various reports as a basis for decisionmaking for our management
Support and management of our subsidiaries in financial matters
Reliable creation and further development of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., CFO, shareholders, banks)
Control and optimization of internal controlling systems and tools at individual and group level
Carryout regular and adhoc special tasks and projects with a direct reporting line to the CFO

Experience/Skills Required

Dynamic and openminded personality with a passion for numbers with an entrepreneurial and goaloriented mindset
Successfully completed degree in economics, business mathematics or comparable training
Min 10 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of controlling and financial planning & analysis, ideally with management experience
Very good specialist knowledge in the areas of finance, accounting, controlling and business analysis. Experience in coordination of forecasting processes
Excellent Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau); SQL knowledge is an advantage
International experience working with management and various stakeholders. Experience in cooperation with international business units and leadership teams and proven driver for change management/transformations
Good understanding of commercial and operational processes
Confident demeanour and diplomatic skills with strong analytical and communication skills
Very good knowledge of German as well as business fluent written and spoken English skills
