Your tasks
- analysis in vitro as well as in mouse models and with biosamples from a clinical cohort of young children with severe RSV infection

FACs analyses
ELISA

- immunization and dissection of mice
- lung function measurement in mice
- analysis and statistical evaluation of data, transcript studies of isolated subpopulations in mice

Our requirements
- immunologists with special interest in T, B, DC and epithelial cell immunology
- experience in immunology and ideally virology
- interest in analyzing scientific questions with high relevance for patients with severe infections
- expertise in mouse models is desirable
