Überblick:


A new position was created for the "
Head of Global Marketing" as part the Bruker Optics Group based in Ettlingen, Germany, to provide professional and personal leadership to the global digital and content marketing teams.

The main goal of this leadership role is to ensure operational efficiency in combination with continuous innovation and development of the portfolio of operational marketing channels for the sustainable generation of qualified leads, thus sales opportunities.

The Head of Global Operational Marketing will set standards and seek global alignment on tools and processes enabling the regional marketing & communication teams to benefit from global concepts while adding localization.

As of now we are looking for our Headquarter in Ettlingen for a
Head of Global Marketing
(M/F/d).

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Provide a defined and sustainable quantity and quality of qualified leads based on the defined marketing planner tactics.
  • Ensure strong partnership cooperation with the market segment managers and other business partners.
  • Plan and implement crosschannel marketing and campaigns with special focus on Digital Marketing.
  • Managing global development and customization of the corporate web site
  • Evaluating website traffic, web opportunity figures, and conducting research to determine the customers' needs.
  • Design and implement search (SEO) and visibilty program.
  • Effectively manage assigned budget and allocated resources.
  • Secure and continuously improve process excellence in Marketing programs and activities.
  • Establish Markting Business Partner approach for Bruker Optics.
  • Alignment with Corporate Marketing and similar Roles within Bruker.

Qualifikationen:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Communications or Marketing.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in marketing communication, including development and execution of tactical plans, experience in biotechnology, medical devices or life sciences space required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital and social media platforms, including SEO and Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, SFDC.
  • Ability to influence without authority across multiple functional and regional groups.
  • Experience working across multiple levels, functions, and regions in a matrix environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with key stakeholders from both technical and marketing backgrounds.
  • Strong timemanagement, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • A talent for creativity and critical thinking.
  • Good language skills spoken & written in english and german.
