The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage selected range of brands for our Dutch and English market places (such as Amazon, Bol, Ebay)
  • Work with SLAoriented tickets in Zendesk
  • Work with our ERP system (Netsuite)

Your Background

  • Gained first experience in customer service, ideally in ecommerce industry
  • Native level in Dutch and fluent in English
  • Solution orientation and able to pick up things quickly
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft and jobrelevant tools and systems
