A dynamic working environment awaits you in our Innovation Management department in the Innovation & Sustainability division.

As part of your role, you will take on various tasks in project management and can expand your knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced project managers.

You will work in a structured project team using various methods from classic and agile project management.

In particular, you will support us in the following activities:

Collaboration in various strategic, cross-divisional projects in the areas of innovation & sustainability
Developing and preparing project documents and presentations for various projects
Support and independent processing of digitalisation and automation of various project activities, also with the help of AI
Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and project meetings

WHAT YOU OFFER- You are currently completing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of economics, natural sciences, e.g. business chemistry, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme- You have an interest and passion for structured work and are open to new ways of working and methods & tools- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)- You have a quick grasp and analytical skills and have a systematic, solution-orientated way of working- You are willing to develop professionally and personally and are a strong communicator- You are committed, motivated, a team player and show initiative, thus contributing to the success of our company- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile- You are available for an internship period of six months
