Your role

As an attentive Strategic Manufacturing Planer/Strategist, you are responsible for the strategic planning and driving of strategic operations decisions for the MED (Meditec) Consumable and Devices business.

In this role, you will run the strategic manufacturing planning process and trigger new capacity build initiatives within our supply chain and global manufacturing sites.

In more detail, you are responsible of the following tasks:

Strategic manufacturing planning for MED consumables/devices for global MED production sites and global volume allocation per sites (10 years plan) while being the single point of truth for the operations organization
Lead capacity committee meetings with management and drive decisions for capacity build projects globally (extend/build new sites etc.)
Calculate business cases for investment decisions and prepare management decision presentations for MED board
Setting-up calculation methods and tools for strategic volume planning and allocations and improve the strategic planning process
Involvement in operations strategy preparation, analysis of data situation and preparation of scenarios based on the MED strategy as well as M&A activities for operations

Profile:

Master's degree in business or engineering graduates are welcome interest in working in a global environment very good Excel and Powerpoint skills for management presentations strong collaborative and teamworking skills, structured and resultsoriented working methods high level of communication skills very good knowledge in English and German
