LabMaker, a young Berlin-based company, is a maker and assembly service for Open-Source instruments. We are looking for a working-student responsible to support us with multiple CRM, logistics and procurement tasks.


What will be your tasks?

• Support in CRM, logistics and procurement operations
• Handling customer order management and fulfillment
• Participate in resolving customer queries and be an active player of various CRM tasks
• Participate in handling inbound and outbound shipments; documentations and tracking/follow up of supplier orders.
• Assist the team in ongoing business development projects

What skills you should have?

• A genuine interest in management side of an Ecommerce industry
• You are a dynamic problem solver with a business mindset
• You possess skills in Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency
• Preferably, you are currently studying Business Administration or similar courses.
• Proficiency in English, German is a plus
