Who will you be joining?
We are looking for a Team Assistant to support the Head of the CFO Office at Allianz Global Headquarters.


This opportunity will provide high-level business exposure and comprehensive support to the CFO and CFO office in a world-class global prominent organization.

You will work directly with the Head of the CFO Office and personal assistant to the CFO to ensure the smooth functioning of the CFO's office by facilitating responsibilities between the CFO and office members.

How can you make an impact?

  • Acting as deputy to the personal assistant to the CFO
  • Ensure efficient office management including appointment scheduling, travel management, organization of meetings/phone/video conferences, filing and document management
  • Prepare and handle independently office correspondence both in German and English
  • Undertake special assignments, adhoc functions and related tasks, e.g. coordination of events, supporting development of learning & development programs
  • Order office supplies, claim for travel expenses of CFO and Group Center Heads, handle payment of invoices

What are you made of?

  • 5+ years of experience in an assistant role and being trusted in dealing with confidential matters
  • You are comfortable working in both German and English language
  • You can demonstrate an organized approach to administration
  • You have a personal drive for highlevel work efficiency
  • You have experience dealing with confidential matters, e.g. Board of Management or HR topics
  • You have experience with Outlook, Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, One Source and SAP experience
  • You can relate and work with diverse audiences
  • Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
