Apollo Health Ventures is a Life Science VC creating and investing in biotech companies across Europe and North America. The goal of Apollo and its portfolio companies is to develop medicines against aging related diseases and aging itself.

Apollo helps scientists working on understanding how and why we age to set up companies based on their discoveries, then builds those companies together with scientists and biotech professionals.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic working student with a business administration background to support our team in the Berlin office.

Responsibilities:

• Help with the financial team with bookkeeping and operational tasks of Apollo and its portfolio companies
• Support the team with the IT administration
• Support the Apollo team in its daily needs (i.a. office management and organisation of external service providers)
• Master or Bachelor student in business administration or similar (at least in the 4th semester)
• Technical understanding and good IT skills are a plus (Office package, Windows, iOS)
• Available for 8 to 10 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months
• Excellent command of German and English in oral and written form
