Data Scientist openings are available within a loved fintech company, based in Berlin, paying up to €120,000 + benefits.

As a Data Scientist your impact will be felt as you address problem spaces and embed yourself in product teams as a solutions creator.

Collaborating with a range of technologists and product specialists, as a Data Scientist, you will:

• Work on machine learning models utilising extensive open banking data
• Help create new credit risk modelling algorithms
• Develop further algorithms to consume open banking data
• Provide thought leadership around risk and open banking products

For this role, we look for a mix of the following experience from Data Scientists:

• A background in various facets of data analytics and modelling, particularly in the context of banking and finance
• Demonstrable expertise in classification modelling and risk assessment, as well as a strong foundation in product and consumer analytics
• Development of predictive models using advanced machine learning techniques, including the ability to create algorithms from scratch
• Tools and languages such as Python, SQL and Git
• Understanding of both classical and contemporary machine learning models and algorithms, including familiarity with generalised linear models, random forests, ensemble methods and deep neural networks
• German and English language at business level
