Job Description:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will be part of our Logistic team as an
_Administrator Receiving / Shipping._ You will be responsible to receive and ship goods.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

Verify parts received from vendors, ensuring that it tallies with its transfer documents and approved manufacturer list.
Transacts accurately the received parts in our ERP system, is labeling the goods and move them to the accurate location.
Arrange shipment according to Picking List and Shipment Request form
Make sure that all shipments are packed and labelled properly
Creates shipping and export documents
Coordinates booking and pickup confirmation couriers and forwarders
Performs daily transactions in our ERP system for dispatched shipments
