For a friendly, easy-going family living in Berlin Friedrichshain, we are looking for a
speaker of English
or Swedish to look after their children (
4yo, 3mo)

Monday through Friday from 11:00-17:00 with some flexibility. Exact schedule TBD based on family need and Nanny availability.

The Nanny will be tasked with engaging in play, bottle feeding, putting down for naps and taking the baby on two outings per day and with pick up for the older child from daycare at 15:00, going to the playground, encourage activities and independent play as well as support the family with food prep and tidy up with the child.

Regular nursery duties apply.

You will spend time with the children at home or outdoors, depending on the weather.

Infant experience required. Regular nursery duties apply.

There is some flexibility with the schedule to fit the needs of the Nanny but would like for it to be a fixed long term schedule.

Duties include providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children, being proactive in researching and organizing stimulating, age-appropriate activities, preparing healthy meals and providing a nurturing environment to further their development.

A solid daily routine has been established for the children, the home's atmosphere is calm and the family hope to find an experienced, long term carer to support them in maintaining their systems.

The family is playful, have an open communication style and like to spend time outdoors, at the same time they are firm with routines and respectful behaviour.

The family is happy to also contribute towards a travel card.

This is a long-term position from 3
0 hours per week.

To accommodate for this unique schedule compensation on offer starts at
2700 EUR gross per month depending on your experience and qualifications (negotiable, together with extra holiday allowance and other perks).
