Finc3 Commerce - one of our companies with specialists in e-commerce, marketplace, and Amazon management - is currently looking for a motivated Amazon Vendor Operations Specialist (f/m/d) with the focus on helping first-party Amazon vendors and brands to increase the cost-efficiency of their business and processes with Amazon.

The position is located in Hamburg and can be occupied full
- or part-time.


Job Description:


What we want you to achieve

• Become an expert on topics such as operational chargebacks, shortage & price claims, return policies, and terms & conditions, taking responsibility for your clients' projects
• Identify hidden or unnecessary high costs and implement measures to improve business processes and reduce expenses
• Build up and continuously develop relevant knowhow regarding Amazon vendor business processes and ecommerce operations in general, including finance and logisticsrelated processes
• Act as a partner on eyelevel for your clients and educate them in the field of Amazon Vendor Financials
• Provide monthly/biweekly chargeback updates and incentivize clients to improve their logístical performance
• Continuously develop our consulting and service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments to ensure real valueadded for our customers

Qualifications:


What we want you to contribute

• Knowledge and experience in the area of chargebacks and shortage claims, and ability to contribute to the analysis and reconciliation of Amazon's financial statements
• Background in digital shelf operations, including tasks such as copy and visual content updates, A/B testing, and general catalogue management
• 13 years of professional experience and expertise in ecommerce or account operations, preferably related to the Amazon vendor business
• Strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail, enabling you to help us and our clients achieve the best possible results
• Ability to take responsibility for your projects, demonstrate commitment, and prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ideally in German
• Ideally based in Hamburg, Germany. This position is onsite and not remoteonly
