The role:

Management of claim support for Consumer Care and Salon products.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Darmstadt.

What you will do:

Codevelopment of claims for Consumer Care market and Salon Care products together with Product Development, Marketing, Regulatory & Legal
Understanding of claim support methods and selection of adequate method for each claim
Coordination of claim support measurements based on approved claims; contact with external partners/institutes (i.e. ProDerm, Clearcast)
Writing of claim reports and forward to Regulatory for storage in database
Codevelop new claim support methods and optimise current claims support process
Observing market and competition to identify new claims and potential methods to support these claims
Contact person for Legal & Regulatory Affairs regarding claim complaints/challenges

What you will need:

Degree in Natural Sciences
Background in formula development or technical claim support (ideally Cosmetics)
Ideally knowledge of basic statistics
Strong organisational and technical skills
Excellent collaboration and communicational skills
Highly selfmotivated
Ability to work independently
Stakeholder management
Advisory skills
Consultative skills
Fluent in English
