Your role
Your future tasks at a glance:
- Manage and execute the
full recruitment cycle (sourcing, arranging interviews, CV screening, interviewing ) for a variety of roles and departments (
hardware and software development, operations, industrialization, technical project management etc.) - Independently develop and execute the sourcing strategy (market mapping, search criteria, etc.) for our roles
- Consistently
promote our roles on relevant social media channels (and other employer branding activities) - Build a
strong network of qualified engineers in the fields of electronics, emobility and software development
What you bring with you:
- Completed university studies
- Strong active sourcing and recruiting background for technical/engineering profiles in the automotive industry e.g., electronics, emobility, embedded software development
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and execute without compromising quality
- Excellent verbal and written (selling) communication skills in German & English
- Charismatic and engaging. Able to build and maintain strong relationships
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment and is adaptable to change
- Having a good network within the automotive/engineering/tech. industries is a strong plus
