**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner to join our dynamic team at Castolin Eutectic. As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in forecasting and managing the demand for our products, ensuring optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development and Operations teams to gather relevant information and insights for demand planning.
Monitor and analyze market conditions, industry trends, and customer behavior to identify potential demand fluctuations and adjust forecasts accordingly.
Utilize Kinaxis Rapid Response demand planning software and tools to generate accurate demand forecast, taking into consideration factors such as seasonality, promotions, and new product launches.
Collaborate with Supply Chain team to ensure that inventory levels are aligned with forecasted demand, optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing stockouts.
Conduct regular reviews with markets for forecast accuracy, recommended improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.
Generate reports and present demand planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, to management and relevant stakeholders.
Participate in crossfunctional meetings to provide insights and contribute to strategic planning initiatives and sales forecasting processes.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements in demand planning methodologies, sharing knowledge with the team.
Bachelor/Master ́s degree, preferably in business with a major in Supply Chain Management or similar
Track record in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with robust interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment
Experience with Demand Planning Systems is required (such as Kinaxis, JDA, APO, IBP or others)
At least 2 years of related experience required
Fluent in English, other languages (primarily German, French or Spanish preferable)
