Head of Human Resources (f/m/x)


Location:

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)


In this position you are responsible for leading the local SEU Operational HR Team and the HSE & FM Team at our regional EMEA Headquarters in Norderstedt.

The role involves providing strategic leadership and support to the HR and HSE teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving the implementation of key HR initiatives.


Your responsibilities:

Leadership & development of the Sysmex Europe HR team (HRBPs, HR Specialists) as well as the HSE & Facility Management team (Teamlead, HSE Managers,Facility Managers)

  • Further
    development of the HRBP organization for portfolio companies
  • Advising managers and employees on all personnel related matters
  • Driving budgeting and
    budget monitoring processes for Sysmex Europe

Develop and implement strategic concepts further (work time organization, employer branding, health management, etc)

Capitalizing EMEA HR matrix organisation capacities like Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Controlling

Lead and participate in local and EMEA HR projects

  • Inclusion of modern HR & HSE trends into everyday work life

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed University studies ideally with HR related qualification
  • Experience in stetting up / developing HR administration processes
  • Strong budgeting and budget monitoring experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable leadership position ideally in (med)tech environment
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems such as SAP SucessFactors
  • Strong social and communication skills to quickly build trusting relationships with people of all hierarchies
  • Strong conceptual and implementation skills combined with a high degree of selfmotivation, selforganisation and pragmatic working methodologies
  • High level of resilience and strong networking capabilities
  • Fluency in English and German
