- Du bist für die Umsetzung und Entwicklung einer globalen Employer Branding Strategie zuständig, dabei berücksichtigst du unsere Unternehmenswerte, Ziele und Recruiting-Bedarfe.

- Du analysierst relevante KPIs, um die Effektivität unserer Employer Branding Aktivitäten zu messen und mögliche Optimierungen der Strategie umzusetzen.
- Du bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit externen Partnern, Unternehmen, Universitäten, Studierendeninitiativen und stärkst unsere Arbeitgebermarke. Hiermit begeisterst du:
- Du kannst bereits auf 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Employer Branding aus der Perspektive Talent Acquisition, Recruiting oder HR zurückblicken, idealerweise im internationalen Kontext oder Professional Services Bereich.
- Du hast ein Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Human Ressource Management, Marketing oder ähnliches absolviert.
- Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Recruiting Kanälen, Job Plattformen, Arbeitgeberrankings und weiteren Employer Branding Plattformen (wie z.B. Glassdoor oder LinkedIn) aus.
- Als Kommunikationstalent interagierst du mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern auf Deutsch und Englisch.
