Your future plans

As a Working Student in Partnerships & Standardization, you will be part of the Power Purchase Agreement & Structured Origination (PPA & SO) department and working in the Global Services team under PPA & SO.

To be able to develop, construct and operate new renewable power projects, the development and establishment of customer oriented set of corporate PPA tools & solutions and compliance to customer needs is important.

The Global Services team enables the regional teams (Europe, North America and Asia Pacific) to be at the forefront of Commercial Excellence in the PPA landscape, by designing customer-centric solutions, standardizing and optimizing processes, launching tailor-made marketing campaigns, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Partnerships:

Managing relations with internal and external parties that deliver additional value to RWE's PPA solutions
Scouting new potential partners that provide solutions to be served on top of PPAs
Supporting contractual processes for new partnerships and carrying out internal approvals to engage a partner

Standardisation:

Working in cooperation with sales and proposal teams, discovering their needs and creating new tools to improve and standardize processes within PPA & SO department
Developing and boosting a high performance focus mindset with PPA & SO on continuous improvement, trainings, workshops together with relevant other departments
Onboarding new joiners for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and tools
Managing the CRM system, informing users on the recent updates, new features and improvements
Supporting content generation for PPA marketing

Your powerful skills

Bachelor or (preferably) Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a similarly applicable degree field that has a perfect match with the abovementioned requirements
Experience in business development or connecting field which you see as valueadding to the areas of responsibilities
Have good project management skills, how to prioritize, know how to deal with multiple simultaneous projects and like to work with other departments and external parties
Excellent Excel skills (general)
Experience in programming in Visual Basic for Application (VBA)
Experience in data processing and analysis
Excellent MS PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and spoken skills in English; other languages such as Spanish, French, Polish, Greek or Italian are highly evaluated
Experience in CRM systems is a clear plus
Digital innovation skills, a getting things done mentality, positively charged, highly energetic and with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability topics is a clear plus
