Your tasks:

You will take customer service to the next level with designing state of the art service contract offering and herewith ensuring an important revenue stream
You design service packages that reach from extended warranty, over carefree service packages, up to inclusion of digital products
You are creating the business case behind our service package offerings and tailor it to the customer needs
You are leading negotiations with 3rd party suppliers like reinsurer in order to establish the best possible care packages for our customers
You accompany the integration of new products in our Endtoend Customer Journey and establish a marketing strategy
You are part of an agile, crossfunctional team

Your profile:

You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
You have 2+ years of experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy/ Automotive industry, optionally in a startup environment in the automotive industry
You are familiar with aftersales processes in the automotive industry
You have an independent, goaloriented and wellstructured way of working, with excellent analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
You have a high affinity for the automotive industry, especially for electric mobility, and have extensive knowledge of the automotive market, market segments and competitors
Your English is perfect (fluent in a nonGerman European language or Mandarin is a plus)
