Your Tasks:

Driving transformation strategy together with all our colleagues including the next level of digitalization
Working closely with all finance teams for developing new initiatives as well as supporting the ongoing transformation strategy for the group ensuring according to plan execution
Supporting grassroot project management together with the Vice Presidents
Positively challenging the finance management anticipating and adding additional service and value in critical project transformation situations
Foster digitalization of processes and working closely together with technology departments to enhance and integrate further systems
Establishing and managing the PMO to ensure transparency regarding all project status within finance as well as assessing current processes and project status and making recommendations to the CFO in terms of appropriateness and viability
Ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the transformation performance of the financial unit through accurate and timely reporting
Working with the CFO ensure that the business delivers its overall transformation goals and meets expectations
Improving interfaces, digital structures and ensuring that gaps and risks are identified
Providing leadership to your team, developing and enabling talents

Your Profile:

Proven record of success and achievement in a financial role as well as in a leadership position
Finance and/or Digitalization leader (M/F/d) who has excelled in his/her field and will be respected internally for reputation business acumen and integrity
Strong understanding of the drivers and trends (Business Analytics Data Science and AI including but not limited to technology) in the digital environment
Ability to support and challenge in creating and executing a vision and strategy for the future
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Knowledge of the retail industry would be helpful
A strategic mindset with the ability to think 'out of the box' and bring a diverse perspective to discussions
Experience in analyzing and managing complex projects with a track record of developing strong relationships with stakeholders
Good technical grounding and experience in a listed environment good understanding of reporting requirements
Excellent in English, fluent in German is a plus
