Are you interested in developing and nurturing strong customer relationships for one of the largest filtration companies in the industrial market?


The Sales Specialist (d/f/m) will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling Pall's full F&B product portfolio in a B2B setting while fostering positive business relationships to achieve sales targets.

This position is part of the sales department in the area food and beverage and will be
fully remote. A willingness to travel of approximately 50% is required.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Expand customer base (networking, lead follow-up and conversion of opportunities) and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain customer profile and SWOT including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts, and other relevant information
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to strategically position Pall solution for maximum advantage
  • Drive growth through continuous improvement leveraging the Danaher Business System tools, including maintaining appropriate databases and Sales Funnel Management in CRM (such as Salesforce), RFQ, and Project/Quote Tracking

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Successfully completed studies in food science, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering
  • First experience in sales, business development, and/or account management role within a B2B environment in an international company
  • Food and beverage industry proven experience are an advantage
  • Fluently German and English language skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strategic value selling to large regional or global companies
  • Understanding of filtration products
