    YOUR TASKS

    Your team takes a key position in the partner support. Here, new partners with growth prospects are supported and developed, as well as campaigns for the overall portfolio of affiliate partners are handled.

    Partner Management

  • Together with your team, you will manage a portfolio of leading eCommerce companies that cooperate with PAYBACK
  • You define processes to manage a large partner portfolio efficiently and with sustainable success
  • To this end, you will work with the team to develop marketing campaigns and scalable sales approaches to develop existing customers and acquire new ones
  • You have budget and forecast responsibility for the entire portfolio of partners in your team
  • You are responsible for monitoring the performance and achieving the growth targets of the partners in your team

    • Campaign Management

  • Your team implements the coordination of advertising materials and marketing campaigns with internal and external interfaces for your and a large number of partners in the affiliate area
  • You analyze campaigns qualitatively as well as quantitatively and derive optimization potentials
  • You structure complex issues and are good at organizing many topics in parallel

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university studies or training with relevant professional experience in the online marketing environment (performance agencies, networks, marketers etc.)
  • Relevant experience in the management of performance partnerships
  • You already have experience in leading employees
  • Coaching of employees is a matter of course for you
  • Organizing and scheduling complex topics is your passion
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • You are fit in the comprehension and design of complex facts and processes
  • You have above-average resilience, are reliable and enjoy working in a team
  • You count your strong communication skills, customer orientation, initiative and result orientation among your strengths
