YOUR TASKS

You take full responsibility for the implementation of all marketing measures offline, online and mobile for our PAYBACK partners from the retail, FMCG, travel, telecommunications, as well as banks and insurance sectors
You plan, coordinate and design (crosschannel) measures to achieve the desired KPIs based on budget specifications
You lead a great and experienced team of currently 7 colleagues, both professionally and disciplinarily
You look at processes and develop optimization approaches
You create wellfounded sales presentations and are happy to give them to various stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

You have many years of professional experience in campaign management or similar marketing disciplines (B2C), preferably from the retail or FMCG world
You have strong direct marketing knowhow from selection to detailed performance analysis
You have deep analytical knowledge
Your way of working is characterized by a high goal and result orientation
You are an experienced leader who has successfully led, inspired and coached teams
You have also successfully completed a degree preferably in business administration, marketing or a comparable qualification
