To support our Global Graphic Design Team we are looking for a Photo Retoucher (M/F/d). A highly motivated team is looking forward to your start.

What you can expect:

Retouching of campaign, lookbook, social, BTS and editorial images for BOSS and HUGO
Liaising with the brand/product teams to retrieve swatches, samples, color references and other information to match them with the images
Creating additional image assets and compositions in a fastpaced environment
Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Art Directors to retouch images for promotional materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency while enhancing product presentation
Transfer the files according to briefings and assets lists into the requested formats and publish them via the collaborative platforms
Support the team with professional knowledge on color profiles, format adaptation, optimization for print and digital etc.
Ensure the final retouched images meet the established standards and requirements set by Global Art Direction and Global Content Production. Advise on the most effective way of achieving required results
Engage in all technical training opportunities to continually improve skill set

Your profile:

Successfully completed an apprenticeship in photo editing/retouching or a comparable diploma
23 year experience in the area of fashion retouching and used to working in a fast paced and creative environment
Strong knowledge and proficiency in retouching techniques and color management. Advanced level in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Capture One. Knowledge of digital photography would be an advantage, skills in InDesign and illustrator would be desirable
Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
Proactive and able to work off your own initiative as well as in a team setup
Good verbal, visual and written communication skills in English
