For our AMETEK CTS business unit, we are looking for a Field Service Technician (M/F/d) at our location in Kamen (NRW, Germany).

Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician (M/F/d) include:

Carrying out calibrations, maintenance and repairs on EMC test simulators and test systems at the customer's on-site in Germany and abroad, as well as in the laboratory in Kamen
Customer support in solving technical problems (by telephone and on site at the customer)
Cooperation with external and internal functions like customers, presales, service organization, sales organization, and customer care

Position Requirements:

Must criteria:

Education in electronics / electrical Engineering or similar study, (knowledge of EMC is an advantage)
60% willingness to travel for regular customer care on site

Nice to have:

First experience in customer service
First experience in working with measuring instruments
Theoretical and practical knowledge in electronics
Communicative, outgoing, and customeroriented
Flexibility and team orientation
