Mission:

• Join the German sales team in Frankfurt, reporting to the Head of Germany and Austria and the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator in Zurich. Contribute to the European partnership strategy and support local partnerships. Gain valuable insights into the German/Austrian market and global dynamics while collaborating with diverse teams at CANDRIAM.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to European Market Partnership Strategy:

• Carry out in-depth research on potential distribution partners in Europe.
• Analyze potential partners using SWOT analysis to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of tailored partnership strategies for European regions or target markets.
• Prepare reports and presentations on European market partnership opportunities.

Support Local Partnership Development:

• Assist in creating presentations on fund benefits for partners.
• Provide administrative support for collaboration and documentation.

Additionally, assist the local team based on requirements.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Strategy, or Business Development.
• Prior work experience such as internships or student jobs is advantageous.
• Must be fluent in English & German, with French proficiency considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and contribute to the team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
