Your Mission

Manage the daytoday operations of the studio, ensuring equipment readiness, availability, and maintenance
Coordinate studio scheduling, resource allocation, and technical support for production teams
Oversee the setup and operation of audiovisual equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound systems, and editing software
Provide guidance and technical expertise to production teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in videography, audio recording, and postproduction
Conduct quality checks on the final deliverables to ensure they meet the organization's standards
Manage and mentor a team of multimedia professionals, including videographers, audio engineers, editors, and production assistants
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as instructional designers and learning technologists, to align multimedia production with learning objectives
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of highquality services, while adhering to budgetary constraints and contractual agreements

Your Talents

Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, film studies, communication, or a related field
Proven experience in studio production, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced environment, demonstrating flexibility and problemsolving skills
