For our our team in Munich, we are currently looking for an


Technical Service Support on residential storage systems:


Responsibilities:


  • Analyse incoming technical support inquiries and prepare initial troubleshooting measures.
  • Support the coordination of external service providers.
  • Contact point for Trina ́s internal technical and sales teams.
  • Support the technology departments with fault analyses and reporting.
  • Onsite technical visits to Trina ́s clients, attending trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.
  • Preparation and presentation of internal and external trainings

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with residential electrical installations and performing onsite visits.
  • Experienced on PV and battery energy storage systems. Electrical risk and working in heights training certificates are a plus.
  • Ability and capacity to analyze problems and find suitable troubleshooting strategies.
  • Strong motivation and customer focused.
  • Team player and communicate well with customers and service providers.
  • Availability to travel within Europe and have a car driving license.

Languages:

Fluent in both English and Spanish, German or other languages will be considered an advantage.
