You have successfully completed your master's degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment.
During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Human Resources team of our operating unit Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS) or at the KION Group Headquarters.
From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Tasks
- As a HR Management Trainee, you will gain
comprehensive insights into the
KION Employee Life Cycle - As part of the HR Management team, you are the
first point of contact for team leaders and employees in all relevant HR matters - You will gain expertise in
various Centers of Excellence of your choice - Talent Attraction and Retention, HR Development, Compensation & Benefits and HR IT both at homebase and abroad
- You will be involved in different
HR projects and support the implementation of our KION HR Strategy - You will research and
identify new HR standards and carry out benchmarking to improve KION's status as an attractive employer
Qualifications
- You have a
master's degree in
psychology ,
business administration , or comparable studies, with good academic records - You have
first practical experience in HR (work/study position, internship,...) and can
communicate confidently with all relevant HR target groups and your international colleagues in
English and
German - You are confident in using various IT programs, in particular MS Office
- You are enthusiastic about
international collaboration and excited by the prospect of spending several months abroad as part of the trainee program - You are an excellent team player, have very strong communication skills, enjoy acting as an
interface between various hierarchies and departments, and you have a high level of initiative
