Process Coordinator (m/w/d):

As a Process Coordinator, you are responsible for the execution and management of key process(es) that influence how business/ technology evolves in the organisation. The process could be the entry gate for new/ changes to technology, processes or products. Similarly, you could be responsbile for a subprocess which is triggered by another key process. You will work closely with business and technology representatives in order to execute your tasks and achieve optimal results.

What awaits you

Take responsibility for the (sub)process you are assigned to, e.g IT Demand
Work closely with the Process Owner/ Sponsor to continuously improve the process
Collaborate with various experts to ensure that all the tasks in the process are executed
Maintain high quality and complete process documentation
Provide users with a good experience and manage expectations
Ensure regular process audits take place and corrective actions are implemented
Facilitate trainings and awareness sessions for all relevant stakeholders
Design, prepare and moderate meetings and workshops
Monitor and report on process performance against defined metrics
Ensure that relevant compliance requirements are fulfilled, e.g. ISO, BAFin, etc.
