Beschreibung
Tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary management of one employee, as well as technical management of local compliance officers around the world
- Continued development and implementation of our compliance management system
- Incident reporting and management, as well as evaluation of the whistleblower system
- Promotion of continuous analysis of compliance risks in all business areas, particularly monitoring of internal control mechanisms for early detection of compliance concerns
Requirements:
- A legal degree, preferably with entrance as an inhouse lawyer, or a business administration degree with a related specialisation is preferred.
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer, legal counsel or compliance officer
- Experience in setting up and maintaining a compliance management system
- Knowledge of a pharmaceutical company's compliance requirements
- Business fluent English and German language skills
- You are strong in your communication skills, have a high level of assertiveness, and work in a problemsolving oriented manner
