We are looking for a motivated Architect Space Planning - Global Store Design (M/F/d) to strengthen our Global Store Design & VM department, being part of the Global Retail division.

Stellenbeschreibung: What you can expect:

Develop a clear understanding and know-how of all shop concepts (all brand/ gender/ lines and channels) as well as the related layout planning standards and ensure the required know-how transfer to all relevant interfaces in the responsible region (e.g.

Shop Construction Teams)
Focus on the support of roll-out starts of new concepts. Prepare the required tools and set up the processes to enable a streamlined and fast-tracked hand-over
Act with foresight, service
- and solution-orientated towards your key interfaces
Enable the markets by providing regular trainings and performance reviews of the involved external design agencies and regional interfaces
Consult and support markets by regular project reviews meetings - throughout the planning and design process - to ensure required performance level and high-quality execution standards
Create and deliver CAD space planning (allocation) per project - for project approval - based on the defined planning guidelines and regional operational requirements
Own final CI design approval per project - based on layout and rendering submissions before regional project execution start
Collaborate on the design and layout planning for flagship and pilot projects with the concept design team and regional construction teams

Profil: Your profile:

Bachelors or Masters in a relevant degree course (Interior-/ Architecture)
Min. 3 years work experience in retail design and planning processes
Excellent understanding of design, appreciation for aesthetic detailing and qualitative execution
Extensive experience and knowledge in CAD layout planning (Vectorworks) with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Openness and experience of working in international working environments
Fluent English, spoken and written
Good skills in MS Office (e.g. Powerpoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
