D'Addario Europe Limited was created in 2017 to manage sales and marketing in Europe for its D'Addario, Evans, ProMark and Puresound brands.

Mission

Sales Management of a portfolio of around 1,000 customers
Musical Instrument shops located in DACH, Benelux and CEE.
The Internal Sales Representative works exclusively at the office. No client travel is planned. Occasional travel abroad for training purposes.

Tasks to be carried out

Making and receiving telephone calls
Managing a portfolio of customers
Achieving sales targets
Customer service
Compliance with the D'Addario's Best-PracticeIn-Sales method

Education:
bachelor degree or equivalent

Languages:
native or fluent in German, good level of English (B2). A third language would be appreciated like Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian

Background:3 years minimum (in a sales position)

Excellent analytical skills
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to express oneself well, read and count
Enthusiasm, boldness and energy
Experience in music may be an additional asset

Contract type:
Permanent contract, 40 hours a week

Compensation:
€40-€45k + bonus 20% depending on profile and experience
