For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Sales Assistant (M/F/d) with focus on Africa
Your new job includes

As a Sales Assistant (M/F/d) you will support the sales team for the Africa region in providing optimal product group and customer support. In particular, you will support the sales managers in the optimal product group support within the sales area Africa

- be an important contact person for our customers in administrative and organizational tasks, such as orders and tenders
- act as an interface to our Customer Order Management and support colleagues with inquiries regarding customer orders
- create price lists and quotations as well as evaluations and forecasts
- send merchandising plans and planograms

What you should bring along

Successfully completed commercial training and ideally first professional experience in a similar function with
Confident business fluent English, both written and spoken
Confident handling of the MS Office package and ideally SAP FI, CO and BI
Strong communication skills and a confident manner
You consistently pursue your goals, show initiative and are enthusiastic about your work
