Our solutions cover the product areas of patient monitoring, cardiology diagnosis and therapy system (ECG and defibrillators), neurological diagnosis systems (EEG, EMG and EP workstations), ventilation and haematology.

Our company is currently growing and continuously improving its technical training and education which is delivered via remote e-learning platforms, virtual training and in-person classroom training.

The Training Assistant/Media Creation Specialist supports the European Technical Training Management and Technical Service teams.

You will work with trainers and other colleagues in developing and implementing effective training programs which are offered to partners and colleagues worldwide.

Producing technical training videos, images, animations, interactivities, and various special effects for inclusion into the training content will be your primary focus.

Various administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, maintaining an overview of registered training participants, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth training experiences are also part of the responsibilities.

To support our motivated team, we are looking for a
Working Student - Training Assistant/Media Creation Specialist to start as
soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Production of inhouse produced visual and digital media content, videos, and AI based content.
Work with the Team in promoting a consistency in digitization of electronic media.
Use graphic design software to design and refine illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
Increase user friendliness in digital products.
Liaise with training and service colleagues to ensure project timeliness.
Participates in training preproduction planning and postproduction discussions.
Coordinate with web, social media, creative media, and public affairs colleagues to identify opportunities where multimedia design elements will contribute to NKE Service Technical Training success.
Using various softwarebased tools and programs, develop training materials such as Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and elearning projects.
Edit existing media and interactivities to meet new content requirements.

Your profile:

Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline)
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge creating/editing images and video and generating digital content/content generation technology and tools to include Chat GPT related capabilities
Technically adept with audiovisual equipment and comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues
Proficient in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), elearning platforms, and learning management systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders as well as able to work in a team
Good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
