ABOUT US

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for a seven digit marketing budget and lead all activities from brand, search, content, PR to events.
You will lead our rockstar marketing team consisting of five team members, help us to grow the team and attract and retain the best talent.
You help us achieve ambitious growth plans, open new channels and international markets. In parallel, you will work on improving existing channels and identifying efficiency levers.
You will help us to strengthen our brand positioning and to become a leading B2B brand in the craftsmen field.
You take ownership for relevant business KPIs, constantly question how we can improve and drive initiatives to boost them.
You will report directly to the CEO, become part of our management team and help us shape company culture.

Requirements:

YOUR PROFILE

Growth: You have a "growth mindset". You set clear and ambitious goals, take ownership and make sure we achieve those.
Analytical: You have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of relevant KPIs and develop a deep understanding of our business quickly.
Entrepreneurial: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, know how to scale startups quickly, and to motivate your team to reach new heights.
Leader: You are an experienced leader that shapes company culture and is strong at winning over people for your ideas.
Experience: You have +7 years experience working in marketing and several years of leadership experience. You are a generalist and have a very good understanding of B2B marketing (especially search, content, SEO).
Background: You worked in a B2B startup before and have a holistic marketing experience. Experience working with SMEs and product led growth would be great.
Positivity: You spark positivity, are a great motivator and know how to navigate a team through faces of growth, but would well be equipped to handle challenging times as well.
Languages: Fluent English skills are required, while German skills would be a big plus.
