Expert Lease Portfolio Management (M/F/d) for Vantage Towers (german-speaking)


Do you have a high level of resilience and flexibility? Are you open to innovation and the implementation of new technologies with the involvement of all stakeholders? Become part of our team as an Expert Lease Portfolio Management (M/F/d).

In your role, you will use your in-depth knowledge of the market environment and support us in the infrastructure development of Vantage Towers Germany.


Your challenges:


  • You ensure the expansion of the grid in Germany.
  • You take on the independent management of central projects for the lease portfolio and asset management.
  • You are responsible for implementing projects to optimize contracts.
  • You are responsible for setting up and adhering to project schedules and deadlines as well as efficient resource planning.
  • You ensure the demandoriented procurement of acquisition services from our partners.

Your qualification:


  • A successfully completed university degree and at least 4 years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of telecommunication technology as well as in setting up and converting telecommunication systems and infrastructure
  • Very good knowledge of processes and workflows in the field of deployment and in related specialist areas
  • Very good knowledge of professional project management as well as conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, written and spoken (C1 according to CEFR)
You have the opportunity to either work full-time or part-time with at least 30 hours per week.
