For _Quereinsteiger_ without a lot of experience in our field of work, we offer a Trainee program.

This is made for motivated and independently learning individuals that have some working experience and would like to dive into the IT world.

As we don't have a certified apprenticeship instructor we will embed you directly into our project teams to support you in learning on the job.

Your tasks will be given to you by team members and you will try to support them as best as you can.

Our team is happy to explain things, help you with approaches and give you hints in the right direction.

We designed this traineeship for EU citizens to fit the model of a traditional German apprenticeship (Ausbildung), as the framework does not qualify for the EU blue card or other Visa conditions.

We will provide you with a detailed description and a certificate once completed, but what we cannot provide is an official "Ausbildungsbescheinigung".

Our hopes are that you will enjoy your work and progress to a Junior DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering position.

• Cloud Technologies
• Linux System Administration
• Configuration Management
• Automation
• Software Development
• Customer Facing: Consultancy, Communication, Technical Support, and Solution Finding

Additionally, you can study for certifications in the technologies you work with.

As a Google Partner, Google Cloud Platform certifications are useful for us and for you as they really count on the market.
