ABOUT THE JOB

Gunzilla Games are seeking a Technical Animator to work closely with our Senior Technical Animator assisting our Animation and Tech art teams on Character Locomotion for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Battle Royale 2.0 third-person shooter, due for release on PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Technical Animator, you will be:

Setting up and maintaining Animation Blueprints together with Gameplay and Engineering teams.
Work with Animators to create best practices and optimal workflows
Understand/Setup/Extend the character locomotion system
Analyze characterrelated memory/performance concerns throughout a project's development.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience working on animation systems.
Excellent knowledge of the tech animation topics like state machines, blend trees, etc.
Ability to provide clear solutions to complicated issues.
Ability to selfdirect, and be autonomous when required
Strong knowledge of Rigging in Maya.
