We are looking for a Head of Global Brand & Business Development (M/F/d) who is responsible for the development of the brand strategy for BOSS Menswear.

What you can expect:

Development of the brand strategy for BOSS Menswear in close collaboration with SVP
Ensure a global, marketdriven positioning and perception of our brand
Being the key contact person for all interfaces for key brand and business building marketing activities
Ensure consistent brand messaging according to BU strategy through collection and communication alignment and content management
Key business driver through the identification and implementation of key growth areas that are interlinked with the brand strategy to ensure profitable growth as well as improved brand desirability
Responsible for a holistic Business development for all wearing occasions, channels and regions in order to contribute to the overall company target
Liaise with market leaders to identify regional growth opportunities and embed them into a global framework
Involvement in and takeover of crossfunctional projects
Creating space for (product) innovation and related processes
Brand Ambassador as well as internal and external role model function
People management and development

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Fashion Management or comparable
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Consulting, Brand Management and/or Brand Development/Strategy in a fast paced environment
Ability to understand, abstract and streamline global trends and market requirements
Demonstrates an ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a department through active management
Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, pays close attention to detail and is also analytical
Strong business acumen and interpersonal as well as communication skills
Proficient level user with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
