- Drive product design efforts across the team
- Participate in product delivery, planning and coordination efforts
- Determine best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals
- Understanding of the role of Design in a software development environment for marketplaces
- Strong experience on UI and Design system maintenance
- The ability to create and deliver productionready designs
- Create high quality deliverables and execute based on UX goals and priorities
- Contribute to the adaptation of UX design tools, methodology, and software
- Drive UX design team delivery excellence
- Maintain and continuously improve design components and the pattern library in Figma, as well as making sure we are aligned with the documentation on Storybook
- Document guidelines for using and implementing components
- Develop tools and processes for designers and engineers to engage with the design system
- Create best in class foundational components, patterns and visual language
_Who you should be:
_
- 3+ years of experience in endtoend product design
- Experience creating prototypes, wireframes as well as pixel perfect finals for websites
- Fluency in best practices around user experience and user interface design
- Good understanding of frontend development principles (Web & App)
- Preferably demonstrates abilities to analyze data and transform it into interface decisions
- Good storytelling & presentation skills
- Preferably strong time management skills and the ability to be selfdirected when needed
- Very good communication skills in English
- Communication skills in German is a plus it's the language of the biggest brands
