We are looking to fill this position within the following locations: Hamburg (DE), Krefeld (DE), Mainz (DE), Eisenstadt (AT), Cologne, Krakow (PL).

Remote work is also possible.


YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

  • Assurance of the focus on both user and business needs in cooperation with our Product Team, Development (interdisciplinary teams) and other stakeholders
  • Role model function for good design practices to ensure high UI/UX quality, enthusiasm, and technical performance, including a handson mentality
  • Create a usercentric and agile product design process and preserve a unified design system to keep a consistent UI
  • Optimize the design process, share knowledge and use tools on an ongoing basis to measurably increase productivity and product quality

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience in digital and usercentered product development and making design decisions that you can communicate excellently and present in a comprehensible way and already existing leadership experience
  • Agile mindset and experience with UI/UX methods, design processes, quality assurance and leading UI/UX designers
  • Self responsibility, communication skills (in German as well as in English) and a confident appearance both in the development environment and on the level of decision makers as well as skills in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Abstract and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • University degree or comparable apprenticeship in interaction design, user interface design or communication design
