We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service through various channels, including calls, online messaging, and chat.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via phone, online messaging, and chat.

Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries and concerns.

Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Effectively manage customer interactions across various communication platforms and technologies.

Navigate computer systems to access customer information and provide solutions.

Document customer interactions, maintaining detailed records for reference and reporting.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.

Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education a plus.


Required Knowledge/Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with communication platforms and technology.

Attention to detail in documenting interactions and handling information.

Call handling procedures and protocols knowledge.


Desired Experiences:
Experience in managing customer interactions across various channels.

Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the role.

Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Salary: 20,00€ - 25,50€ per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
